For Blake.

I love my husband.

I am taking a ridiculously easy math class, but being completely right brained and detesting math with the passion of a thousand suns, I’m not doing so well.
My amazingly patient and loving husband has been staying up with ‘till all hours of the night, not only helping me with my homework, but basically teaching me the chapters. He’s such a good little tutor.

He is also the type of wonderful husband who understands that I’m going to school and working as much as he is and always volunteers to have some sort of house work done. Whether it’s doing the dishes, putting clothes away, kitty litter duty or trash, he always helps and never expects me to do it all.

I am just so very grateful to be married to this amazing man, who, even when he’s late to work and I’m in the middle of getting ready, he will insist on praying before we go our separate ways.

I love you, Blake.

Thank you.

Aww. I always knew whoever that kid married would be lucky. Congrats to you, Paige. ;) Glad to hear he's treating you right. I wish my husband would offer to do the dishes. He does do whatever I ask him to without complaint and minimal eye rolling, but I hate that I always have to ask. :) Still love him though.

and here are more reasons why i love my husband.

"Any man who is a tyrant in his own home is unworthy of the priesthood. He cannot be a fit instrument in the hands of the Lord when he does not show respect and kindness and love toward the companion of his choice. Likewise, any man who is a bad example for his children, who cannot control his temper, or who is involved in dishonest or immoral practices will find the power of his priesthood nullified."

he is mostly what he should be and nothing that he shouldn't.
