Inspiration comes in many different forms, especially in regards to weight loss.
However...I have been newly inspired...
I have been "trying" (more accurately I've been planning and then not following through) to get back to my pre-marriage weight since the wedding and I think technically I've gained weight since then. (woo hoo, Paige!) I've been attempting the Weight Watchers diet for a while and when I'm on it, when i follow the "rules" I really can see (and feel) a change, but once I slip...once I forget to count a point, its SO hard to get back in the habit.
However...I have been newly inspired...
During one of our conversations I came to realise my good friend Jessica Bradshaw and I have roughly the same weight loss goals. That was comforting, knowing I'm not the only one who gained weight after marriage (in her defense, shes also had two children...again woo hoo, Paige!) ... but here's the kicker, shes actually trying (see our date night menu). I'd like to think its her perseverance and discipline that inspired me to have similar efforts...but no, its my competitive nature.
When I realised she was actually putting effort into her goals, I thought to myself: "If we're aiming for the same goals, and she reaches them...or even comes close and I don't...that means I lose!"
I cannot have that.
So I have new "stay within my points" aspirations, and I even took the plunge yesterday (more on this later) and joined 24hour fitness! so...here's to eating properly and regular exercise - Cheers!

Like MB will EVER need to lose weight. RIGHT. Anyway, then I go to AZ and I load up on fried fish and Black Beast and bacon and sausage at breakfast. I'm back in, woman, and I'm gonna win. So there. You go to your 24 hour fitness...you keep to your points. I'm still gonna win.
...youre mean...
AND you have magic pill assistance...don't discourage me...i'll go eat a hamburger...and chili fires...and a chocolate shake...*homer simpson drool*
Oh, no, I'm not discouraging, I'm saying "Just TRY to beat me!" It's supposed to be MOTIVATING. Geez. And you can always buy Alli too...it'll work right along with your points (so long as you don't use any of your cheater points, 'cuz then you're in for a pizza-grease experience)! Yay for that! (Using it with WW, not yay for pizza grease.)
Oh...Motivating...ok...THANKS.
i am a major baby when it comes to pain...cramps make me cry. so i don't know how well i'd do on alli, but points i can do...mostly.
Uh,MB honestly lose weight? What weight? JM did you give Paige the heads up on the need for panty liners with her Alli? Paige: Girl you are one of those girls that no matter what the scale says, you are naturally GORGE-OUS. Don't stress and overdue it. It will come, if you want it bad enough. And if you don't want it that bad...no loss. Just eat healthy every Monday. ;)
xoxo
